Life is to be lived with Joy no matter what is happening and that is my intention, to live fully, tackle challenges, and enjoy the easy stuff- and most of all, go forward with enthusiasm.

Heart work is the root of everything that I do. Loving everything. I am enthusiastic about all the wonders and beauty of the world and want to share that with you.
